Location, location

Location is great, close to NAIA terminal 2 and 3, accessible through Runway Manila, staff are helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast is good.

The sink clogged, toilet was not as clean. We booked 2 rooms and one room has most of the amenities hair dryer and bathrobes and the other one was lacking. The tv was very outdated.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were on the smaller side. Beds are small. Rooms were clean.

Reasonable value for the price in a great location.

Check in was smooth...Reception staff very welcoming,friendly and helpful.This is a very busy hotel and the staff manage it well...The hotel is in a very nice location with plenty of places to eat .You can walk there via the sky bridge from terminal 3 in less than 10 minutes.I really like this location as it has many new and modern buildings and yet only a short walk away is your average residential area which is nice to walk around also.

My room was very cold...even at the lowest setting of the aircon controller...It was so cold I had to turn it off which meant that the air was not circulating in the room which quickly gave it a stale smell...I didnt complain about it because I didnt think much could be done.Breakfast was okay with quite a lot of choice though I think its always rather busy in the dining area at breakfast time which means that the choices can disappear quickly.

Worth the value of money

Staff were amazing..they were so warmth and pleasant..very accomodating as well.pool in the rooftop was a great spot to relax,watch sunset and enjoy the food..plus,its near to the airport..runway manila is just beside the hotel.its a safe access to go inside and exit from airport..no need for a taxi for a ride..

The shower room couldnt fit 2 people ..

Location to runway Manila I liked . Breakfast.. not really…..too crowded n food refill took a while… bed for an expensive hotel not as comfy as the tune hotel. Maybe if price was 2,500 to 3,000.00 peso… then it’s worth it. But at 5k plus too expensive for what it is

loved our stay, will book again for sure.

love that the hallways are cold. Food is great. stayed there for two nights. Their staffs are so polite and friendly.

booked two rooms, one is queen room and the other is family room. The family room is a connecting room, I was expecting it to be a bigger room that has a sofa set but to my disappointment it’s not. twin room’s bathroom faucet is not working properly, hairdryer’s socket is loose so I’m having a hard time blow drying my hair.

Kind service but not intelligent service. Right at the airport Term 3. Breakfast is varied. The nicest thing is their poolside grill after 18.00. Waiters are kind but not clever. They serve and walk away, never checking to see if you want something else. Not intelligent service!

The rooms are tiny. Bathroom is tiny. Too small! Waiters need to be trained better. To bring a spoon with coffee or a soft boiled egg. They simply don't think well, but are exceptionally kind.
